Our certifications
Harvest and packaging
The classification of avocados begins from their arrival at the packing plants, where the fruits are inspected by the following procedure:

Avocados are placed on conveyor belts where they remove impurities and classify the product by its quality.

Cleaning is carried out with water to remove other impurities and drying.

A brushing is carried out, for a more detailed cleaning and to polish the avocado.

Avocados go through a second selection band where its quality is verified, removing the products that do not comply with the specifications.

At last, the avocados are categorized by their size and weight.
